对华能沁北电厂铁路专用线及接轨站现状进行分析,认为存在既有铁路专用线作业方式不适应路企直通运输要求,电厂煤列进出沁北车站对焦柳线能力影响严重,电厂站卸车能力不足,接轨站能力不足等问题。针对目前存在的问题和薄弱环节,结合铁道部推进路企直通运输及战略装车点建设的工作部署,在华能沁北电厂三期铁路专用线扩建中,充分优化设计方案,最大程度地实现与一、二期铁路专用线改造的有效衔接,减少运输中间环节,加快车辆周转速度,提高运输效率,实现路企直通运输。
