受过去城市偏向性教育政策的影响,当前民族地区城乡教师资源配置失衡问题严重。文章以利川市为例进行实地考察,发现其教师配置失衡问题具体表现在农村教师年龄结构不合理、农村教师工资增速缓慢、农村教师福利待遇偏低等方面,运用无差异曲线整合城乡教师资源,以期通过最小的支付成本谋求最大的配置效率,并提出具体建议。
Affected by the urban bias education policy in the past, the unbalanced distribution of resources between teachers in urban and rural areas in ethnic areas is currently a serious problem. The article takes Lichuan City as an example to conduct field investigation and finds that the imbalanced teacher configuration is manifested in the unreasonable age structure of rural teachers, the slow growth of rural teachers’ salaries and the low benefits of rural teachers. The paper uses the indifference curve to integrate urban and rural teacher resources , With a view to seek maximum configuration efficiency with minimum payment costs and make specific recommendations.
