指出智能变电站合并单元是智能变电站相比较传统变电站运行系统下新增的智能设备,主要为系统提供原始采样数据信息。介绍了智能变电站与传统变电站的最大区别是在于通讯网络系统的变革,合并单元的引入解决了数据的共享问题,但随之带来数据信息在传输层面的不稳定性,尤其是时间性能的不稳定,其中包括时间准确度及通讯延迟特性。讨论了合并单元测试过程中的测试问题并进行研究分析。
