在我国经济与社会不断发展的今天,我国各行业在市场中的竞争也在不断激烈,如何在这一竞争激烈的市场中占据一席之地,已成为我国大多数企业首要关注的问题。利用知识创新进行的企业人力资源管理模式能够从整体提高企业的相关发展,使企业在市场中得到较大的优势,这就使得这种知识创新的企业人力资源管理模式在我国当下备受关注。本文基于知识创新的企业人力资源管理模式进行了具体研究,希望这一研究能够推动我国企业人力资源管理工作的相关发展。
With the continuous development of economy and society in our country, the competition of various industries in our country is getting fiercer and fiercer. How to occupy a place in this highly competitive market has become the primary concern of most enterprises in our country. The use of knowledge innovation of enterprise human resource management model can improve the overall development of enterprises, so that enterprises in the market have greater advantages, which makes this knowledge-based enterprise human resource management model in our immediate concern. This article based on knowledge innovation enterprise human resource management model for a specific study, I hope this research can promote China’s enterprise human resource management related development.
