采用人血浆低密度脂蛋白(LDL)氧化反应体外实验体系,通过测定电泳相对迁移率(REM)和脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量,研究云芝多糖的抗氧化作用。结果显示REM定性和LPO定量试验的结果基本一致,均表明云芝多糖具有明显的抗氧化作用。
The anti-oxidative effect of polysaccharides from Coriolus versicolor was studied by measuring the relative mobility (REM) and lipid peroxides (LPO) of human LDL in vitro. The results showed that the qualitative analysis of LPO and LPO quantitative results were basically the same, all showed that polysaccharides have a significant antioxidant effect.
