随着全路应急管理工作不断深入开展,铁路应急预案管理缺乏规范标准的问题日益突出。对此首次提出了铁路应急预案全生命周期管理的概念,并针对预案管理的各个环节,构建了铁路应急预案全生命周期管理流程图。在此基础上,应用Petri网技术对预案管理流程进行了建模,为进一步开展预案管理流程的分析、优化工作奠定了基础。
With the continuous emergency management of the whole road, the problem of lack of standardization of railway emergency plan management has become increasingly prominent. For the first time, the concept of total life cycle management of railway contingency plans was put forward and a flowchart of the whole lifecycle management of railway emergency plans was constructed according to the various aspects of the plan management. On this basis, Petri nets technology is used to model the plan management process, which lays the foundation for the further analysis and optimization of plan management process.
