Vivian Maier, a woman who worked as a nanny for a lifetime in the affluent Chicago area, took a lot of photos of her after the death of the world. In 2007, a civilian warehouse in Chicago auctioned items owed to consumers, including a number of boxes filled with negative and unprocessed films, which were bought by different people at several auctions. Among them was a real estate agent, John Maloof, who bought an unmarked box for $ 380, of which over 30,000 were negatives. He found that they recorded many people and things in the streets of Chicago, and the size, quality, and time span of these photos were stunning.
