在详细阐述企业非正式组织与人际网络概念的基础上,分析非正式组织理论与人际网络理论的结合点。随后利用问卷分析与向量内积方法,寻找企业员工的非正式组织的联系。结合不同的非正式组织划分标准,识别出企业中存在的不同类型的非正式组织。通过对非正式组织内部员工的分析,找到企业非正式组织中最有影响力的关键员工。最后,对企业非正式组织进行管理优化分析。
On the basis of elaborating the concept of informal organization and interpersonal network, this paper analyzes the point of combination of informal organization theory and interpersonal network theory. Followed by the use of questionnaire analysis and vector method of inner product, looking for informal links between employees of the organization. By combining different informal organization criteria, different types of informal organizations that exist in the organization are identified. Through the analysis of the employees in the informal organization, find the most influential key employees in the informal organization of the enterprise. Finally, the management of the informal organization of business optimization analysis.
