脑肿瘤原位移植瘤模型是临床前评价抗脑瘤药物效果的有效手段。本研究利用荧光素酶和红色荧光蛋白双标记的人脑胶质瘤细胞U87MG-m Cherry-luc,构建了基于影像的裸鼠脑原位移植瘤模型,利用已知的抗肿瘤药物替莫唑胺,结合小动物核磁共振成像系统(MRI)、活体成像系统(IVI)等影像技术验证了该模型的可行性。结果表明,该模型可有效地评价药物抗脑胶质瘤的效果。
Brain tumor orthotopic xenograft model is an effective means to evaluate the effect of anti-brain tumor drugs in clinic. In this study, we used luciferase and red fluorescent protein double labeled human glioma cells U87MG-mCyl-luc to construct an image-based orthotopic transplantation tumor model in nude mice. Using the known anti-tumor drug temozolomide, The feasibility of this model is verified by imaging techniques such as small animal MRI system and IVI system. The results show that the model can effectively evaluate the effect of anti-glioma drugs.
