对80名健康老年人的脑CT片进行了线性测量,并用统计学方法计算出80名健康老年人及三个年龄组的主要线性指标参考值范围。结果表明:健康老年人生理性脑萎缩有较高的检出率(100%),且以轻度为主。反映老年人生理性脑萎缩的较好指标为:三脑室宽度、尾状核指数,平均脑沟宽度等。这种生理性脑萎缩以幕上结构改变为明显,并有增龄性改变。为防止与病理性脑萎缩混淆,建议对健康老年人生理性脑萎缩不伴有其他病变时称为老年性脑改变,并作为判定老年人病理性脑萎缩的参考。P<0.01,*P<0.001与70~79岁组比较:ΔP<0.05,ΔΔP<0.01,余P>0.05二、测量结果的评价老年人存在着生理性脑萎缩这一观点已被国内外许多学者证实[4,5,7]。如何根据脑CT来定量确定是生理性脑萎缩还是病理性脑萎缩,目前国内外均无统一的标准。因而确定这一定量标准在临床上具有重要意义。1.Huckmann等[6]曾经报道脑CT扫描发现15%神经系统正常的受检者存在中度到重度的脑萎缩。也有作者提出脑室、脑沟的测量值与精神状态无明显关系,而与年龄有关[7]。国内有学者作了许多有关年龄和脑萎缩程度的相关分析,指出年龄增长与脑萎缩的严重程度呈相关关系[?
A linear measurement was performed on brain CT slices of 80 healthy elders and statistically the major linear reference ranges for 80 healthy elderly and three age groups were calculated. The results showed that there was a high detection rate (100%) of physiological brain atrophy in healthy elderly, with mild predominance.
