严重感染、创伤等可同时引起全身炎症反应综合征 (SIRS)与代偿性抗炎症反应综合征(CARS) ,SIRS/CARS之间的平衡决定了疾病发展的方向。TH1和TH2细胞分别与机体促炎和抗炎反应有关 ,两者之间的平衡变化有助于反映SIRS/CARS的失衡情况。
Serious infections, traumatic injuries and the like can cause both systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) and compensatory anti-inflammatory response syndrome (CARS). The balance between SIRS / CARS determines the direction of disease development. The TH1 and TH2 cells are respectively involved in the pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory responses of the body, and the balance between the changes helps to reflect the imbalance of SIRS / CARS.
