现代学徒制下的高职教师必须是素质、能力结构合理,懂专业知识原理,熟悉生产流程,会“教”能“做”的校内专任教师或企业技术骨干,不仅要有传授知识的能力,更要有生产、技术操作本领。具体应具有示范、传授职业道德的能力,覆盖整个教学活动过程的教学技能,并从教师自我提升、高校培养、合作企业锻炼和政府部门协助提升四个维度进行能力构筑。
