达州市人才工作实行项目化管理的思考

达州市地处川渝鄂陕四省市结合部,总人口690万,是四川省的人口大市和人力资源大市。近年来,达州紧紧围绕人才强市战略部署,将抽象的人才工作具体为定期完成的人才项目,着力解决了人才开发中的一系列难题,形成了资源共享、工作共推、成绩共享的全新格局。一、围绕大局、改革创新,始终把人才项目作为牵引人才工作的强力抓手。近年来,达州市将“项目管理”理念引入人才工作,确立了以人才项目 Dazhou is located in the junction of Sichuan, Chongqing, Hubei and Shaanxi provinces and municipalities, with a total population of 6.9 million, is a large population and human resources market in Sichuan Province.
