日前,上海市人民政府与中国联通签署战略合作框架协议,围绕智慧城市建设开展深入合作。作为上海经济发展中发展速度最快、技术创新最密集、效益较好的产业之一,上海信息服务业在推动智慧城市建设和产业升级的过程中,扮演着重要的角色。根据今年2月发布的《上海市信息服务业发展“十二五”规划》,到2015年,上海信息服务业经营收入力争达到6000亿元,增加值占全市GDP比重达到7%左右。今后,上海将实施信息服务业优先发展战略,将信息服务业打造成推动社会经济发展的重要基础。 Recently, the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government and China Unicom signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement to carry out in-depth cooperation on smart city construction. As one of the fastest growing industries, most intensive technological innovation and good economic returns in Shanghai’s economic development, Shanghai Information Service plays an important role in promoting smart city construction and industrial upgrading. According to the “Twelfth Five-Year” Plan for Information Service Industry Development in Shanghai released in February this year, the operating income of Shanghai’s information service industry will strive to reach 600 billion yuan by 2015, accounting for about 7% of the city’s GDP. In the future, Shanghai will implement the information service industry’s priority development strategy and make the information service industry an important foundation for promoting social and economic development.
