分析了光卤石浮选过程中生产1 t氯化钾的原矿消耗、水消耗、矿浆体积、母液量,以及氯化钾收率等与母液中氯化镁含量的关系,得出了母液中氯化镁含量是控制光卤石浮选工艺稳定性的关键,讨论了氯化镁含量监测和以其调控生产的具体方法。实际生产中如果母液中氯化镁含量发生波动,可通过调节原矿和洗水的加入量来稳定母液中氯化镁含量。
