(1)柴油机油位增高1台小松WA500-6型装载机,操作人员在检查机油时发现其柴油机油底壳油位增高。该柴油机油底壳油位增高有2种可能:一是防冻液进入油底壳,二是柴油进入油底壳。经检查,发现机油黏稠度变稀、颜色变淡、无发白现象,由此说明柴油进入油底壳。柴油进入油底壳的途径有3个:一是输油泵磨损产生内泄漏,二是喷油泵密封件损坏产生内泄漏,三是喷油器偶件磨损或卡滞。
(1) The diesel engine oil level is increased by 1 unit of Komatsu WA500-6 loader. The operator found that the oil level of the diesel engine sump increased when it checked the oil. The diesel oil sump oil level increased two possibilities: First, antifreeze into the oil pan, and second, diesel into the oil pan. After examination, it was found that the viscosity of the oil thinning, fairer color, no whitish phenomenon, indicating that diesel into the oil pan. Diesel oil into the sump there are three ways: First, the pump leakage generated within the wear and tear, the second is the pump seal damage caused by internal leakage, and third, even injector wear or stagnation.
