在目前的课堂教学中,有些教师对回答问题的每一位学生都加以表扬,甚至对答错了的学生也说“老师欣赏你”。这样的表扬已失去了它应有的价值和意义。长此下去,学生会在表扬声中变得麻木,不知所措,学习的能力也得不到好的发展。透析这些表扬语言,存在着哪些问题?我们又该如何改进呢?
In the current classroom teaching, some teachers praise every student who answers the question and even say “the teacher appreciates you” to the wrong student. Such recognition has lost its due value and significance. If things go on like this, the students will become numb in the process of recognizing their voices, and their ability to learn will not be well developed. Dialysis these praise language, what are the problems? How can we improve it?
