已知健康人摄入n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-3 PUFAs)使胆汁胆固醇饱和度下降。本实验观察胆固醇性胆结石病人饮食补充n-3 PUFAs是否降低阻固醇饱和度并防止胆固醇结晶的形成。 7例症状性透X线胆囊结石病人,胆囊造影显功能胆囊;在普通西式饮食(自身对照)及补充鱼油(含n-3 PUFAs 3.75 g/d)的饮食5周后两次采血及十二指肠胆汗,测定各项指标;再静脉滴注胆囊收缩素(CCK), It is known that n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n-3 PUFAs) are known to decrease bilirubin cholesterol saturation in healthy individuals.
