目的:探讨不同剂量序贯应用毒毛花苷K和葡萄糖酸钙对毒毛花苷K安全性的影响。方法:家兔80只,随机分为16个小组,每小组5只。每两个小组随机编成1个大组,其中1小组首先应用葡萄糖酸钙,后应用毒毛花苷K,另1小组的用药顺序相反。用心电图机描记药前、药后心电图,将R-R间期延长超过正常值(药前值)20%以上作为中毒指标。结果:采取先用葡萄糖酸钙,后用毒毛花苷K并且两药的用药间隔时间不少于60min这种用药方式时,毒毛花苷K的安全性较大。如果顺序颠倒或间隔时间太短则其安全性也将下降。结论:毒毛花苷K与葡萄糖酸钙的联用有一定的安全性,但要注意序贯用药方式、用药间隔时间、用药剂量。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different dosages of toxins K and calcium gluconate on the safety of toxins K. Methods: 80 rabbits were randomly divided into 16 groups of 5 rats. Each two groups were randomly assigned to a large group, of which a group of first application of calcium gluconate, after the application of viperine K, the other group the opposite order of medication. Using electrocardiogram tracing machine before and after the drug ECG, the R-R interval extended more than normal (pre-drug value) of more than 20% as indicators of poisoning. Results: The use of calcium gluconate, followed by the use of viperine K and the two drugs interval of not less than 60min of this medication, toxins K greater safety. If the order is reversed or the interval is too short, its safety will also be reduced. Conclusion: The combination of combinoside K and calcium gluconate has certain safety, but pay attention to the sequential administration mode, medication interval, dosage.
