啦啦操与健美操都是体操的衍生,它们在内容和形式上有很多的相似点,为了促进2个项目更好地发展,运用文献资料法、访谈法、观察法、问卷调查法,结合舞蹈啦啦操的训练内容与健美操初学者身心状态研究舞蹈啦啦啦操训练对健美操初学者产生的影响。结论显示:1)健美操初学者在学习初期会进行一段较为简单枯燥的基础学习,在这个过程中他们往往会因为重复单一的练习方式失去学习的兴趣和动力,从而影响学习的效果;2)健美操初学者的学习能力不够,他们身体各方面的机能也还处于有待发掘和提高的阶段;3)我国教育改革不断深入,舞蹈啦啦操课程作为一项新兴的体育项目以其独特的魅力受到越来越多人的关注与参与,健美操也应该与时俱进,更新教学模式和方法。
Cheerleading and aerobics are all derived from gymnastics. They have many similarities in terms of content and form.
