目的为了配合2011年食品安全风险监测工作,了解吴忠市化学污染物铅、镉在粮食中的污染状况,为相关部门提供分析数据。方法采集流通领域和农户家庭中的大米65份、小麦(包括面粉)114份,检测元素铅、镉的含量。结果 179份粮食样品,经过原子吸收分光光度法检测,3份样品铅元素超标,铅合格率98.3%;镉元素合格率100.0%;合格样品平均值铅0.022mg/kg,镉0.0048mg/kg。大米样品1份不合格,超标率1.5%;小麦(包括面粉)样品2份不合格,超标率1.8%。流通领域的袋装样品100.0%合格。结论检测样品化学污染物铅、镉元素检出率高,但是检出量很低,说明吴忠市粮食大米、小麦(包括面粉)受到铅、镉化学污染较少。
Objective In order to cooperate with the food safety risk monitoring in 2011, understand the pollution status of lead and cadmium in Wuzhong chemical contaminants in foodstuffs and provide the relevant departments with the analysis data. Methods Sixty-five rice grains and wheat (including wheat flour) were collected from circulation areas and farmer families, and the contents of lead and cadmium were detected. Results 179 food samples were tested by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The lead content in the three samples exceeded the standard. The pass rate of lead was 98.3%. The pass rate of cadmium was 100.0%. The average content of qualified samples was 0.022 mg / kg and cadmium was 0.0048 mg / kg. 1 sample of rice failed, exceeding the standard rate of 1.5%; 2 samples of wheat (including flour) failed, exceeding the standard rate of 1.8%. 100.0% of the bagged samples in circulation were qualified. Conclusion The detection rate of lead and cadmium in chemical samples is high, but the detection rate is very low, indicating that the chemical pollution of lead and cadmium in grain rice and wheat (including flour) in Wuzhong City is less.
