天津地铁5、6号线宾馆西路地铁站地下连续墙深度达55m,周边建筑林立、管线密集,地下连续墙成槽施工面临极大挑战。针对地下连续墙成槽施工过程中相关关键技术作了详细的讨论:(1)成槽机型方面,利渤海尔HS855HD和金泰SC50这两种机型对天津地区大厚度粉砂地层适应性较强,具有成槽速度较快、设备故障率较低和耗油量较小的特点;(2)护壁泥浆方面,选用的新型复合钠基膨润土泥浆具有固相含量低、化学稳定性和携砂能力强的特点,极大地提高了护壁能力;(3)接头防水技术方面,采用十字钢板,能够增加地下水渗流路径,有效提高地下连续墙的抗渗性能。
The underground diaphragm wall of West Metro Station is about 55m deep in Tianjin Metro Line 5 and Line 6, with lots of surrounding buildings and dense pipelines. The construction of underground diaphragm walls is facing great challenges. The key technologies related to the construction of underground continuous wall are discussed in detail: (1) In the aspect of grooved machine, the adaptability of Liebherr Haier HS855HD and Jintai SC50 to the large thickness of silt in Tianjin area Strong, with a slot speed faster, lower equipment failure rate and fuel consumption characteristics; (2) protective wall mud, the selection of new composite sodium bentonite mud with low solid content, chemical stability and carrying sand Strong ability to greatly improve the ability to protect the wall; (3) joint waterproof technology, the use of cross plate, can increase the seepage path of groundwater, effectively improve the impermeability of underground diaphragm wall.
