板带材轧制开始和结束时刻无张力状态下的轧件跑偏是铝板带热轧生产工艺过程中的重要问题之一。为了减少这两个时间段内轧件的跑偏,利用滑移量与轧件出口速度、滑移量与轧件前后张力之间的定量关系,建立了以前后张力为调节手段的轧件跑偏控制模型。运用大型通用有限元分析软件MSC.Marc进行了仿真计算,验证了该张力纠偏模型的有效性。
One of the most important issues in the hot strip production process of aluminum strip is the rolling off of the strip at the beginning and the end of the strip rolling without tension.
