Two experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of decreasing dietary crude protein levels and adding lysine on total ammonia nitrogen (TAN) and soluble phosphorus (S-P) emissions in rainbow trout diets. In Experiment 1, a total of 8 experimental diets were fed. Group 1 contained 32.8% fishmeal, crude protein and lysine levels were 42% and 2.1%, respectively. The two groups were mainly fishmeal and lysine and diet 1 The same group, but only 37% of crude protein, diet 3 to 8 groups of 16.4% fish meal, 37% crude protein, lysine were 1.5%, 1.65%, 1.8%, 1.95%, 2.1% and 2.25%. Rainbow trout initial mass (26.9 ± 0.2) g was randomly assigned to each group with 3 replicates of 50 fish per tank. After eight weeks of feeding experiment, the body mass gains were 112.5, 111.8, 87.5, 94.4, 103, 105.7, 101.8 and 102.6 g, respectively. The feed coefficients were 0.99, 1.01, 1.16, 1.15, 1.1, 1.08, 1.1 and 1.09, Test group survival rates were greater than 99%. Test 2: Tail fish (102.4 ± 8.3) g The same feed as in test 1 was fed to a flow tank (140 L) for 1 week to continuously determine the contents of TAN and S-P in the water. TAN emissions after 8 h were 9.69, 8.56, 8.44, 7.81, 7.19, 6.65, 6.24 and 6.29 mg / L, respectively, and S-P emissions were 1.01, 0.85, 0.45, 0.31, 0.3, 0.26, 0.25 and 0.14 mg / L, respectively. The results showed that the addition of lysine to plant protein diet could reduce the level of crude protein and did not affect the growth of rainbow trout. Plant protein sources (37% CP) with lysine added significantly reduced TAN and S-P emissions compared to the control group (42% or 37% CP).
