《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》在总则中明确规定:“幼儿园教育应尊重幼儿身心发展的规律和学习特点,要以游戏为基本活动,寓教育于各项活动中”。因此,在《纲要》精神的指导下,应努力实现幼儿园活动游戏化,促使幼儿幸福健康地成长。在实际教学工作中,我们应做到以下几点:一、关注幼儿主体地位,生成活动内容我们的教育对象是心理机能尚未完善的幼儿,不能过早地承受正规教育所带来的强制性压力,因此我们必须在教育的过程中谋求游戏般的乐趣,在轻松愉快的活动中发展个性。
