以香港私人项目的基建制度为基础,以香港机电总承包商在内地从事机电安装工作为背景,以统一的成本编码系统WBS为主线,对比内地公司,探讨香港机电安装工程项目成本管理的优势及其存在的不足。提出了面对不同项目管理文化冲突、中外规范冲突、合约条款冲突对成本管理影响的策略。诸如成本编码,最低化原则,背靠背原则,标准化合同,量价分离的成本管理技巧,对内地机电安装企业的成本管理有一定借鉴意义。
Based on the infrastructure system of private projects in Hong Kong, taking Hong Kong M & E contractor’s mechanical and electrical installation work in the Mainland as the background and the unified cost coding system WBS as the main line, comparing the advantages of Hong Kong M & E project cost management with the Mainland companies, Its lack of existence. Put forward the strategy of facing the conflict of different project management cultures, the conflict of normative standards at home and abroad and the conflict of contract clauses on cost management. The cost management techniques such as cost coding, minimum principle, back-to-back principle, standardization contract and price-volume separation have some reference to the cost management of the electromechanical installation enterprises in the Mainland.
