经尿道前列腺电汽化（简称TVP）是1995年美国Kaplan报告治疗前列腺增生症的一种新技术.它在保持尿道闭合完整的前提下,利用电切镜及汽化电极,使用高频发生器在泌尿腔内进行操作,具有无切口，损伤小,痛苦轻,合并症少及术后恢复快等优点.
