通过对大、中容量容器容积变化进行探讨,分析了大、中容量容器计量石油产品的流程,提出了引起大、中容量容器容积变化的主要原因:载重、压力、温度和变形,并对容积变化产生的影响进行总结。通过对这些因素进行认真分析,可有效地制定修正措施,进而将整个测量过程中的误差尤其容积变化引起的计量误差减至最少,进一步提高计量交接的准确度和存储、运输的安全性。
Through analyzing the volume changes of large and medium capacity containers, the flow of petroleum products in large and medium capacity containers was analyzed. The main reasons for the volume changes of large and medium capacity containers were proposed: load, pressure, temperature and deformation, The impact of changes is summarized. Through careful analysis of these factors, corrective measures can be effectively formulated so as to minimize the measurement error caused by errors in the whole measurement process, especially volume changes, and further improve the accuracy of measurement handover and the safety of storage and transportation.
