目的探讨和总结儿童专科医院门诊感染控制和管理的方法经验。方法通过定性调查,了解门诊院内感染的影响因素,科学评价门诊院内感染管理存在的问题及薄弱环节。结合儿童的专科特点,提出相应的管理对策。结果根据医院门诊实际情况,有针对性地进行持续质量改进,从而减少门诊院内感染的发生,为患儿提供了安全的医疗环境。结论建立完善的感染管理体系是做好院内感染控制的重要保证;建立一支快速准确的预检分诊队伍,是做好院内感染控制的核心;削峰填谷,降低人流聚集,是做好院内感染控制的有效措施;加强手卫生管理是做好院内感染控制的关键;落实消毒隔离制度是做好院内感染控制的基础。 Objective To explore and summarize the methodological experience of outpatient infection control and management in children’s specialist hospitals. Methods Through qualitative investigation, we can understand the influencing factors of outpatient nosocomial infection and scientifically evaluate the problems and weak points in nosocomial infection management in clinic. Combined with the characteristics of children’s specialties, put forward corresponding management strategies. Results According to the actual situation of the hospital outpatient, continuous quality improvement targeted to reduce the occurrence of outpatient hospital infection for children with a safe medical environment. Conclusion Establishing a perfect infection management system is an important guarantee for nosocomial infection control. Establishing a rapid and accurate pre-screening team is the core of nosocomial infection control.
