最近几十年,我国经济发展迅速,人民生活水平也有大幅度地提升,由此也带动了旅游业的发展,旅游业也日益繁荣,旅行社如雨后春笋般地兴起。虽然旅行社的数量很多,但是旅行社质量参差不齐,在管理方面存在着很多问题,不能满足消费者对于旅游的要求。本文首先分析了旅行社管理工作中存在的问题,然后根据存在的问题提出了相应的解决措施,期望有利于旅行社管理工作的改善。
In recent decades, China’s economy has developed rapidly and its people’s living standards have also risen dramatically. This has also led to the development of the tourism industry, the tourism industry has also become increasingly prosperous, and the travel agencies have mushroomed. Although the number of travel agencies is large, the quality of travel agencies is uneven and there are many problems in management that can not satisfy consumers’ demands for tourism. This paper first analyzes the existing problems in the management of travel agencies, and then puts forward the corresponding solutions according to the existing problems. The expectation is to improve the management of travel agencies.
