2017年3月1日,住房和城乡建设部下了《建筑节能与绿色建筑发展“十三五”规划》,该规划根据《国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划纲要》《住房城乡建设事业“十三五”规划纲要》制定,是指导“十三五”时期我国建筑节能与绿色建筑事业发展的全局性、综合性规划。
