采用田间试验方法 ,研究了在自然紫外光强基础上人工增加紫外线UV -B强度照射对小麦开花及结实的影响。结果表明 ,UV -B增加能显著降低小麦的每穗粒数 ;显著影响小麦的开花过程 ,表现为开花推迟 ,每日开花数大幅度下降 ,可孕小花数下降。而可孕小花数下降并非发育小花退化百分率下降所致 ,而是发育小花数下降造成。UV -B增加对小麦的结实率无显著影响。
Field experiments were carried out to study the effects of increasing UV-B intensity on the flowering and fruiting of wheat on the basis of natural UV intensity. The results showed that UV-B increased significantly the number of grains per spike of wheat and significantly affected the flowering of wheat. The results showed that the flowering was delayed, the number of flowering decreased sharply and the number of fertile florets decreased. However, the number of fertile florets decreased was not due to the decline of the percentage of developing florets, but the decline of the number of developing florets. UV-B had no significant effect on the seed setting rate of wheat.
