随着社会的日趋民主化、开放化,网络媒体对公共政策制定的影响力越来越大。从政策议程的设立到方案的规划,再到政策制定的合法化,每一个环节的顺利开展都离不开网络媒体的有效参与。本文从政府、网络媒体自身、法律法规三个方面分析网络媒体参与公共政策制定过程中存在的问题,并提出相应对策。
With the democratization and liberalization of society, the influence of online media on public policy making is growing. From the establishment of the policy agenda to the planning of programs and the legalization of policy formulation, the smooth progress of every link can not be separated from the effective participation of online media. This article analyzes the existing problems of the participation of online media in the formulation of public policy from three aspects: the government, online media itself and laws and regulations, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
