目的 探讨听源性惊厥易感大鼠上丘突触密度的变化情况。 方法 免疫细胞化学方法和计算机图像分析技术。 结果 P77PMC听源性惊厥易感大鼠上丘浅层和深层的 P38免疫反应产物校正光密度值均显著高于正常 Wistar大鼠。 结论 P77PMC大鼠上丘突触密度的改变可能与听源性惊厥易感性密切相关。
Objective To investigate the changes of synaptic density in the superior colliculus in susceptible rats with erectile dysfunction. Methods Immunocytochemistry and computer image analysis techniques. Results The corrected optical density of P38 immunoreactive products in the superficial and deep epithelial layers of P77PMC was significantly higher than that of normal Wistar rats. Conclusions The changes of synaptic density in the superior colliculus of P77PMC may be closely related to the susceptibility to auditory seizure.
