目的探讨品管圈活动在降低患儿围手术期低体温发生率中的运用。方法成立品管圈,确立“降低患儿围手术期低体温发生率”的主题,进行现状调查,通过对2015年10月至2016年6月在全麻下手术时间超过3h的危急重症小儿手术72例进行调查,分析导致患儿术中低体温的发生原因并进行要因分析,制定相应的对策并组织实施,进行效果检查。结果通过品管圈活动的开展,患儿围手术期低体温发生率由活动前的18例减少至7例,目标达成率9.7%,品管圈活动前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论品管圈活动可有效降低患儿围手术期低体温发生率,有效提高手术室护理人员整体素质,加强质量安全意识,促进了护理管理模式的改进,使护理团队凝聚力更强。
Objective To explore the use of quality control ring activities in reducing the incidence of perinatal hypothermia in children. Methods Establish the quality control circle and establish the theme of “Reducing the incidence of hypothermia during perioperative period in children”, conduct status quo survey, and through the critical illness of patients who have undergone general anesthesia for operation over 3 hours from October 2015 to June 2016 72 cases of pediatric surgery were investigated to analyze the causes of hypothermia in children with surgery and analysis of causes, to develop appropriate measures and organize the implementation of the effect of inspection. Results Through quality control circle activities, the incidence of perinatal hypothermia in children decreased from 18 cases before operation to 7 cases with a goal of 9.7%. Before and after the quality control cycle, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion Quality control ring activities can effectively reduce the incidence of perinatal hypothermia in children, effectively improve the overall quality of operating room nurses, enhance awareness of quality and safety, and promote the improvement of nursing management mode, so nursing team cohesion stronger.
