据美国汽车质量调查数据显示,韩国现代汽车在全球20大汽车品牌中获得最高分,第三次荣登榜首。韩国三星智能手机在全球市场占有率连续两年排名第一,取代了以质量取胜的诺基亚占据头把交椅。韩国企业在质量品牌上取得的成就令人瞩目,其背后的质量品牌战略令人关注。相较于美国、德国、日本的质量品牌战略,韩国面临的情况与中国的更为类似,其参考价值值得研究。本文希望以韩国三星、现代以及中小企业作为案例,给中国企业质量品牌发展
According to the U.S. auto quality survey data, Hyundai Motor won the highest score among the top 20 car brands in the world for the third time. South Korea’s Samsung smartphone market share in the world ranked first for two consecutive years, replacing the quality of the Nokia to win the top spot. The achievements made by Korean companies in quality brands are notable, and the quality brand strategy behind them is of concern. Compared with the quality brand strategy of the United States, Germany and Japan, South Korea faces the situation more similar to that of China, and its reference value is worth studying.
