目的:探讨p63基因蛋白在间变大细胞淋巴瘤中的表达及意义。方法:采用Envision二步免疫组织化学法,研究p63蛋白在15例淋巴结反应性增生和36例间变性大细胞淋巴瘤中的表达。结果:15例淋巴结反应性增生中有1例p63蛋白弱阳性表达,间变性大细胞淋巴瘤p63蛋白均为阳性。ALK蛳1阳性与ALK蛳1阴性、T型与Null型的间变性大细胞淋巴瘤中p63蛋白阳性率均无显著性差异;不同临床分期、<48岁与≥48岁的间变性大细胞淋巴瘤中阳性率也无显著性差异。结论:p63基因及其蛋白可能在间变性大细胞淋巴瘤的发生过程中起着重要的作用;p63蛋白的过表达是判断淋巴结反应性增生和间变性大细胞淋巴瘤的有意义指标;提示p63可能为癌基因而非抑癌基因。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of p63 gene in anaplastic large cell lymphoma. Methods: Envision immunohistochemistry was used to study the expression of p63 protein in 15 cases of lymph node reactive hyperplasia and 36 cases of anaplastic large cell lymphoma. Results: One case of 15 cases of lymph node reactive hyperplasia was weak positive expression of p63 protein, anaplastic large cell lymphoma p63 protein were positive. CONCLUSION: The p63 gene and its protein may play an important role in the development of anaplastic large cell lymphoma. The overexpression of p63 protein is a meaningful indicator of lymph node reactive hyperplasia and anaplastic large cell lymphoma, suggesting that p63 It may be an oncogene rather than a tumor suppressor gene.
