橡胶沥青以其良好的路用性能和经济效益优势得到了国内外广泛应用,但是橡胶沥青存储稳定性较差,造成橡胶沥青生产和质量的不稳定,为了探讨橡胶沥青的储存稳定性,利用自主开发的改性沥青存储稳定性测试仪MAST研究了胶粉掺量、存储温度和存储时间对橡胶沥青存储稳定性的影响规律,在此基础上提出了利用搅拌存储和添加稳定剂的方式来改善橡胶沥青存储稳定性并进行了试验分析,结果表明这种方式对改善橡胶沥青存储稳定性能有着良好的效果。
