目的 :建立医院制剂皮炎宁的含量测定方法。方法 :采用D 1 0 1大孔树脂分离纯化、紫外分光光度法测定皮炎宁中醋酸地塞米松的含量。结果 :平均回收率为 99.7% ,RSD =1 .2 1 %。结论 :该法简便、快速、准确、重现性好 ,对医院制剂快速分析很适用 Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of dermatitis and nymphal in hospital. Methods: D 1 0 1 macroporous resin was used for separation and purification. The content of dexamethasone acetate in dermatitis was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results: The average recovery was 99.7% with RSD = 1.221%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, and it is suitable for rapid analysis of hospital preparations
