在我国社会和经济不断发展的条件下,电厂工程建设事业也得到了进一步的发展,传统建设项目所采用的进度管理模式已达不到现代项目建设的实际需求,所以建设施工单位转变传统观念,不断学习新知识,同时将其有效应用于项目进度管理过程中是非常有必要的。电厂建设工程项目属于利国利民的重要工程,所以确保建设质量以及工期是工程施工单位的核心任务。本文主要对电厂工程建设中的项目进度管理工作进行探究,提出笔者的思考和建议,仅供参考。 Under the continuous development of our society and economy, power plant construction has been further developed.
