患者,24岁,因滞产、阴道内掉3足24小时,于1993年8月20日入我院诊治。经检查考虑为联体双胎致梗阻性难产,即在连续硬膜外麻醉下行体部剖宫产术。娩出之胎儿为胸腹联体型双胎,体重5.5kg,身长60cm;双头发育正常,头围36cm;双上肢长19cm;胸围31cm;腹围35cm;三下肢,其中两下肢长20cm,另一下肢长16cm;有一男性生殖器,无肛门;两脊柱呈“V”形;脐带一根,长30cm;胎盘正常大小,无副胎盘。 Patients, 24 years old, due to delayed labor, vaginal drop 3 feet 24 hours, on August 20, 1993 into our hospital for treatment.
