采用热分析、布氏硬度、金相显微镜等方法研究了时效处理对挤压铸造铝铜合金组织与硬度的影响规律。结果表明:在75 MPa压力下,合金490℃固溶5 h并170℃时效1 h后的硬度为71HRB;490℃固溶5 h并170℃时效5h后的硬度为74 HRB,硬度增加了4.2%。在50 MPa压力下,T4固溶处理后合金主要形成细小的等轴晶,经过时效处理后,溶入基体的S相和θ相析出,初生析出相呈枝杈和点状不连续分布,二次析出相呈细小点状弥散分布。
The effect of aging treatment on the microstructure and hardness of squeeze cast aluminum-copper alloy was studied by means of thermal analysis, Brinell hardness and metallographic microscope. The results showed that the hardness of the alloy after soldering at 490 ℃ for 5 h and at 170 ℃ for 1 h was 71 HRB. The hardness of the alloy was 74 HRB at 490 ℃ for 5 h and then increased by 4.2 %. Under the pressure of 50 MPa, the alloy mainly formed fine equiaxed grains after T4 solution treatment. After aging treatment, S phase and θ phase dissolved in the matrix precipitated. The primary precipitates were twigs and dots discontinuously distributed, Precipitates were small dot-like diffuse distribution.
