绩效管理是企业人力资源管理的重要途径,属于企业管理的核心内容,对企业长远发展有着至关重要的作用。就现阶段电力企业绩效管理体系情况而言,还存在许多不足,降低了人力资源价值的充分发挥,已经无法满足市场经济下企业发展需求。本文就在分析电力企业绩效管理体系现状的基础上,提出相应的建设措施,并论述其实践应用方法,以促进电力企业绩效管理水平的提升,为电力企业持续、健康发展提供保障。
Performance management is an important way of human resource management in an enterprise. It belongs to the core content of enterprise management and plays a crucial role in the long-term development of an enterprise. In the current situation of power enterprise performance management system, there are still many shortcomings, reducing the full play of human resource value, has been unable to meet the needs of business development under the market economy. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the performance management system of electric power enterprises, this paper puts forward corresponding construction measures and discusses its practical application methods to promote the performance management level of electric power enterprises and provide guarantee for the sustained and healthy development of electric power enterprises.
