目的:通过对骨科患者护理安全中存在的隐患进行分析,并提出合理有效管理对策,以保证护理安全,提高护理质量。方法:成立骨科护理安全小组,回顾性分析2014年1~10月骨科护理中发生护理安全问题的因素,制定合理有效的管理对策,包括:建立安全管理小组、建立健全管理规范、监护重症患者、增强医护人员安全意识、加强业务培训、预防并发症等。结果:医务人员安全意识不足、缺乏对患者健康教育、监管制度不到位、专科技术知识掌握不足等是骨科护理的主要不安全因素。通过实施有效的管理对策后,有效减少了骨科患者的护理不安全因素,护理不良事件发生率明显下降,且患者与家属对护理满意度也有了显著提高,差异均具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对骨科护理中存在不安全因素提出合理有效预防和解决措施,加强风险管理,可明显预防并减少不良事件的发生,提高患者的满意度,保障患者的安全。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the hidden dangers in the nursing safety of orthopedic patients and put forward the reasonable and effective management strategies to ensure the safety of nursing and improve the nursing quality. Methods: The Orthopedic Nursing Safety Team was set up to retrospectively analyze the factors of nursing safety problems in orthopedic care from January to October, 2014 and to develop reasonable and effective management strategies, including establishing a safety management team, establishing and perfecting management practices, supervising critically ill patients, Enhance safety awareness among medical staff, strengthen business training and prevent complications. Results: Insufficient medical staff’s awareness of safety, lack of health education for patients, inadequate regulatory system and lack of technical knowledge of specialties are the main insecure factors in orthopedic care. Through the implementation of effective management strategies, the nursing insecurity of orthopedic patients was effectively reduced, the incidence of nursing adverse events decreased significantly, and the patient and family members also had a significant improvement in nursing satisfaction, the differences were significant (P <0.05 ). Conclusion: To put forward reasonable and effective prevention and solution measures for the safety problems in orthopedic care, strengthening risk management can obviously prevent and reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve patient satisfaction and ensure the safety of patients.
