目的 测试并比较正常人和老年性黄斑变性患者的多焦视网膜电图。 方法 应用美国 EDI公司生产的 VERIS science4.0视诱发反应图象系统对 17例 2 0只正常眼、7例 10只老年性黄斑变性 (agerelated maculardegeneration,AMD)干性型眼 ,8例 8只 AMD湿性型眼和 11例 11只特发性黄斑裂孔 (idio-pathic macular hole,IMH)眼进行检测。将各组老年性黄斑变性者 6个环形视网膜区域的 N1 、P1 波潜伏期和平均反应密度值与正常对照组进行比较。 结果 AMD湿性型各环 N1 、P1 波潜伏期和 AMD干性型 3~ 6环处 N1 波潜伏期明显长于正常人。AMD湿性型在 1~ 4环处 N1 波和 1~ 6环处 P1 波平均反应密度值下降 ,AMD干性型在 1~ 5环处 N1 波和 1~ 6环处 P1 波平均反应密度值下降 ,IMH者在 1~ 2环处 N1 、1~ 3环处 P1 波平均反应密度值低于正常人。 结论 多焦视网膜电图可对老年视网膜穿孔黄斑变性部位进行视功能的定量检测。
Objective To test and compare the multifocal electroretinograms of normal and age-related macular degeneration patients. Methods Seventeen cases of 20 normal eyes, 7 cases of age related macular degeneration (AMD) dry eye, 8 cases of 8 AMD (control group) were treated with VERIS science4.0 visual evoked response imaging system Wet eye and 11 cases of idiopathic macular hole (idio-pathic macular hole, IMH) eye detection. The N1, P1 wave latency and average response density of six annular retinas of each group were compared with those of the normal control group. Results The latent period of N1 and P1 waves and the latency of N1 waves at 3 ~ 6 ring of AMD dry type were significantly longer than that of normal subjects. In the wet type of AMD, the mean value of P1 wave densities decreased at N1 and 1 ~ 6 rings at 1 ~ 4 loops. The mean value of P1 wave densities of N1 and 1 ~ 6 rings at AMD1 ~ The average reaction wave density of P1 in N1 and 1-3 rings of IMH was lower than that in normal people at 1-2 rings. Conclusion Multifocal electroretinography can quantitatively detect the visual function of the aged retinal perforation macular degeneration.
