在上海市杨浦中学举行的一次“老带新”的座谈会上,许多青年教师畅谈了自己在于漪老师亲切指导下所取得的进步及体会。下面是他们的发言摘要。建立与学生交流感情的桥梁杨浦中学张小明: 1980年夏,我从上海师院中文系专修科毕业,被分配到杨浦中学。跨进课堂之前,曾有不少好心人告诫我,新教师初与学生见面,一定要想办法使学生有所惧怕。一次上课,我发现有个学生埋头在写着什么,走近一看,原来是在抄作业。我一团火气冒了上来,抓起本子要没收,谁知他抢过本子死活不放。学生竟敢不听老师的?为了维护教师的尊严,我非要把他管服。
