采用定株定位取样方法研究了取样时期、取样部位、叶面喷肥及烘干温度对银杏叶片黄酮含量及提取率的影响。研究结果表明,3年生银杏4~10月叶片中黄酮含量以春季最高,夏季最低,秋季则又趋增加。幼龄叶用银杏园生长期经连续叶面喷肥后,肥料种类及喷施浓度对黄酮含量均有显著影响。成年大树树冠不同部位的叶片,其黄酮含量差异很大,以光照充足的南侧叶片黄酮含量最高,东西两侧及内膛叶片黄酮含量偏低。不同烘干温度对叶片黄酮提取率影响很大,适宜的烘干温度为90~100℃。
The effects of sampling period, sampling site, foliar fertilizer application and drying temperature on flavonoid content and extraction rate of ginkgo leaves were studied by using fixed-bed positioning sampling method. The results showed that the content of flavonoids in leaves of 3-year-old Ginkgo biloba from April to October was the highest in spring, the lowest in summer and the second in autumn. Young leaves with ginkgo garden growth by continuous foliar spray, the type of fertilizer and spraying concentration on flavonoids have a significant impact. In adult tree canopy different parts of the leaves, the flavonoid content is very different, with sufficient light on the south side of the leaf flavonoids content is highest, on both sides of the east and west leaves and low flavonoid content. Different drying temperature on the extraction rate of flavonoids great effect, suitable drying temperature of 90 ~ 100 ℃.
