研究了W18Cr4V高速钢激光相变硬化组织中碳化物的形状、大小和分布、碳的扩散及碳化物的溶解机制。试验结果表明,激光超快速加热相变过程中仍存在碳的扩散,扩散距离约为数百nm,碳化物的溶解主要是通过尖角──均匀溶解机制进行的,另外还存在断裂溶解机制。
The shape, size and distribution of carbides, diffusion of carbon and dissolution mechanism of carbides in W18Cr4V high speed steel were studied. The experimental results show that the diffusion of carbon is still present during the ultra-rapid heating phase transformation. The diffusion distance is about several hundreds nm. The dissolution of carbides mainly proceeds through the sharp-angle homogeneous dissolution mechanism and the dissolution mechanism exists.
