为了评估果园底层土壤与蚯蚓粪等材料合成的技术新成土(Technosol)用于园林、道路绿化、污染退化土壤修复改良的安全性,对该混合物中水溶性物质的含量变化开展研究。以猕猴桃果园底层土壤(30~60 cm)为材料,分别添加0%(CK)、5%、10%、15%、20%的蚯蚓粪,充分混合,探讨蚯蚓粪-底土混合物在培养过程中部分水溶性物质含量变化情况。结果表明:添加适量蚯蚓粪能增加该混合物中水溶性养分含量,满足作物生长对氮、磷、钾等养分的需求;过量加入蚯蚓粪会导致土壤水溶性物质含量过高,可能对作物造成一定程度的胁迫,并引起水环境污染;本试验条件下,加入5%~20%的蚯蚓粪能在一定程度上降低混合物中水溶性有机碳含量。
In order to evaluate the safety of technosol used in the synthesis of earth or vermicompost materials such as orchards and earthworm manure for the improvement of landscaping, road greening and pollution remediation, the content of water-soluble substances in the mixture was studied. The earthworm vermicompost of 0% (CK), 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% was added to the kiwifruit orchard bottom soil (30 ~ 60 cm) Changes in the content of some water-soluble substances. The results showed that adding proper amount of vermicompost could increase the content of water-soluble nutrients in the mixture and meet the demand of nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium for crop growth.
