The rural drinking water safety and health evaluation index system is divided into two grades: safety and basic safety, which are composed of four indicators: water quality, water quantity, convenience and guarantee rate. As long as one of the four indicators falls below the minimum safety or basic safety threshold, they can not be considered as safe or safe for potable water. Water Quality: In line with the national “drinking water health standards,” the requirements for safety; in line with the “rural drinking water standards” guidelines for the basic safety. Water: The amount of water available per person per day is not less than 40 to 60 liters
